Tia Mowry isn't feeling the game of love.
The Sister, Sister star joked about the challenges she's facing when it comes to dating after finalizing her divorce from Cory Hardrict in April.
"When anyone asks me about my dating life," she wrote on TikTok Sept. 14, before lip syncing to the viral sound, "It got worse. But I feel like it's about to get worser. It got worser!"
In the caption, Tia noted some of the issues she's experienced, writing, "ghosting, and love bombing, and emotional unavailability, OH MY," quipping, "kidding, but not kidding."
However, she's not afraid to call it like she sees it, recently sharing how she's standing up for herself when things go awry.
"When an emotionally immature man thinks he can play you," the 45-year-old wrote on TikTok Sept. 18, "but when he goes low you go lower." She added in the caption, "this is a joke (don't play with me)."
In the past, The Game actress has been open about her decision to break up with Cory and the aftermath of their split. According to Tia, she filed for divorce in October after 14 years of marriage in part for the benefit of their son Cree, 12, and daughter Cairo, 5.
"For them seeing their mother walk in truth," Tia said in a June interview with HelloBeautiful, "I feel like it's a great lesson for them because it was not an easy decision. It was one of the hardest decisions that I had ever had to make in my entire life."
She explained, "But if they see that mommy can do it, that mommy, no matter what people say, no matter, even if there's some sort of doubt, whatever, mommy pushed through. [They can say] my mommy is living and chasing her truth. I want my children to do that. That's the best gift I can give them."
Following the breakup, Tia confessed she was "terrified" of getting back out there.
"Fun Fact: I've never been on the dating scene my entire life," she wrote on Instagram in August. "So when I tell you I'm nervous and terrified of doing this whole dating thing, I mean it. Even though I'm in my 40's, I feel so inexperienced!"
But she remained optimistic that it would be worth it and encouraged followers to take that risk, too. "If you're feeling apprehensive about new experiences," she wrote, "just know you got this, and we're in this together!"
