Kourtney Kardashian Barker is in pure "blisssss" after the birth of her fourth child Rocky Thirteen.
The reality TV personality and wellness entrepreneur shared the first Instagram photo of her and Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker's youngest child Sunday. The Poosh founder posed in a white robe, with gold accents, facing the camera while holding the baby, whose face was turned away and hidden.
Kardashian Barker was flanked by a white wall and a window with views that appeared to be the family's lush California backyard. She captioned the photo "blisssss" in an update for her 224 million followers on the platform.

Rocky Thirteen arrived in November after People first published a story about his birth. Later, TMZ corroborated the account along with their earlier reported sightings of Barker and Kylie Jenner at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. In June, the Barkers announced they were expecting a baby boy with a fitting drumroll and blue streamers, which they shared in an Instagram video from their gender reveal party.
Kardashian shares children Mason, Reign and Penelope with Scott Disick while Travis is a dad to Alabama, Landon and his stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya, his children with Shanna Moakler.
The photo received several comments from celebrity fans and friends — including an "exotic" surprise.
"Look at him pointing at you," Kardashian family friend Khadijah Haqq commented with a heart eyes emoji. "Heaven sent," Kardashian-Jenner family matriarch Kris Jenner said under the post.
But one comment surprised fans: "Tiger King" star Joe Exotic said, "Awwww cute, also please have your sister help me get out of this hell hole." The comment was an apparent reference to Kim Kardashian's prison reform efforts.
'Tiger King' starJoe Exotic resentenced to 21 years in prison in murder-for-hire case in 2022
Exotic was accused of trying to kill animal rights activist Carole Baskin, became the subject of the popular Netflix documentary series which followed both Exotic and Baskin plus a cast of other characters. Joe Exotic, whose real name is Joseph Maldonado-Passage, was resentenced in January 2022 to 21 years in federal prison in his murder-for-hire case, one year less than his original sentence. Now, two years later, the former Oklahoma zookeeper is enlisting Kardashian Barker's sister's help through social media for an early prison release.
The media mogul and Skims founder became one of the country's leading voices for prison reform in the late 2010's. Kardashian first met with former President Donald Trump in the Oval Office in 2018 to advocate for the release of Alice Marie Johnson, who was serving a life sentence for a first-time, nonviolent drug offense. Kardashian, who is a close friend of Trump's daughter Ivanka, posed in an all-Black outfit in the Oval Office with Trump at the time.
